Abastract
Axillary bud explants of mulberry (Morus alba) were cultured on various nutrient media with different auxin and cytokinin combination. In addition different carbon sources were tested to find out their role in in vitro flower induction. Maximum response was observed in Blayde?s medium containing 3% sucrose and 0.6 mg/1 BA.
