Bangladeshi Population now at the World Y-Chromosome Database
.Professor Sharif Akhteruzzaman at the Dept of Biochemistry & Mol. Biol. DU currently serving Dhaka Medical College as National Technical Advisor National Forensic DNA Pofiling Laboratory writes to Prof. Harun Yusuf informing the community that the Y-Chromosome Haplotype data of Bangladeshi population submitted by them to an international database, namely, Y-Chromosome Haplotype Reference Database (YHRD). has been accepted and now being displayed in their database.
