The Death News of Dr. Sheikh Shamimul Alam
Dr. Sheikh Shamimul Alam, Professor, Department of Botany, University of Dhaka and General Secretary,Bangladesh Association for Plant Tissue Culture and Biotechnology (BAPTC&B) breathed his last at a young ageof 57 in the morning of the 18th December, 2017. Professor Alam was serving as General Secretary of BAPTC&B since 2011. Members of BAPTC&B are deeply shocked at the saddemise of Professor Sheikh Shamimul Alam.
