City description

Dhaka city is situated at around 90^o23"E and 23^o41" N. In March the climate is pleasent, temperature is around 15-20^oC and normally without rain. Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport is about 20 km away from the University campus and Taxi fare is about US $ 15.00. GMT + 6 hr.

Transport

Delegates coming by air are requested to exit from canopy 1 after immigration and customs formalities. Our volunteers will receive the delegates from that point.
For delegates who are travelling by bus are suggested to get down at the final destination/ stoppage of the respective bus service in Dhaka. Volunteers will receive the delegates at that point.
